Our Carving Knives and Forks

Designed to separate meat from bone, our Carving Knives and Forks are often used in combination in both serving areas of dining facilities and in the kitchen. It is important to remember that these Knives and Forks can only be used with cooked meat, and feature different designs (curved and straight edge pronged forks) with the straight pronged being more versatile.
