Delivery Rates & Policy

Free Delivery for orders over $99

We offer our customers Free Shipping for each order above AUD$99 in total value (inclusive of GST). Occasionally we also offer free delivery for other orders (for example, free shipping promotions).


$9.85 Flat Rate Shipping for orders less than $99

For orders below AUD$99 we charge a flat rate shipping fee of AUD$9.95 (inclusive of GST) per order. Please note that we dispatch all orders on MONDAY and THURSDAY and delivery times are estimated at between one to seven business days depending on your location within Australia. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. During busy periods (such as pre-Christmas and sales) dispatch may take up to four business days from the date your order was placed.


Delivery of Goods

We deliver products Australia-wide using Australia Post eParcel. An email will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched, providing you with a tracking ID so that you can monitor your delivery's progress. We recommend that you sign for all deliveries of purchased goods for added security. Notwithstanding our 14-Day Returns & Exchanges and Breakage Guarantee policy, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you upon signing for the goods. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes, for example as a gift, then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Grand Cucina, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.


Express Deliveries

Express deliveries and Must-go items incur a $25 fee 


Opting to Have Goods Delivered Without Signature

We do offer a No Signature Required delivery service whereby you can nominate to have your purchase delivered and left at your specified address without the requirement of a signature.

If you decide to use this service (by selecting the tickbox option when placing your order), responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you upon dispatch from our distribution centre. Grand Cucina will not be liable for any missing or damaged goods thereafter. Note that Grand Cucina does not insure items purchased for the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.

Christmas Delivery Schedule 2015

All orders needing delivery prior to Christmas MUST place their orders by midnight, Friday 11th December
