To make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. By placing an order you authorise us to perform all necessary credit/debit card checks to authenticate your identity and authorise purchase transactions. (Just like our kitchens, we like to keep our Site clean, safe and free from fraudsters.)

Please note that all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Grand Cucina offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre in Sydney, Australia. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected merchandise due to production problems, quality issues identified when we receive an order into stock or supplier cancellations. In these circumstances we will notify you by email within 2 business days. Refund payments will be processed by us to your credit/debit card within 2 business days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Grand Cucina will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.

We may need to include cancellation of order terms.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

Grand Cucina will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your data.

Prices shown on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate as of August, 2013. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers, as such

all prices and products advertised are subject to change and fluctuate.

 All prices and offers remain valid as advertised. The AUD price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in AUD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Price Match

We agree to price match the items we have in stock that are currently available at other retailers and websites within Australia only.

Please note that we only price match on items that are available for delivery and purchase immediately and proof of the price to be matched must be provided. Cost of shipping will also be factored into all Price Match comparisons.

Although we try to ensure you receive the best price, Grand Cucina reserve all rights when it comes to deciding to match the price of a product.

Sale Pricing

If an item is purchased at a discounted or promotional price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down. If you have purchased any item/s at full price within 24 hours of sale price adjustments, you may contact Grand Cucina to request a credit note for the difference. Credit notes will be issued to your Grand Cucina Account in the form of store credit only.

Grand Cucina reserve the right to make changes to pricing and specifications without prior notice. Our sale products are only available while stocks last.

Payment & Security

Payment can be made by credit card using any of the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro Debit, and any other methods that may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Grand Cucina. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Grand Cucina, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using eway, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure server environment. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, Grand Cucina uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is the current industry standard. Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Gift Vouchers

Grand Cucina Virtual Gift Vouchers are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against all products on the www.Grandcucina.com site.
  • Gift Vouchers are non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance will be credited to your account and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. You may check your Gift Voucher balance online via your account page.
  • If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher and you have existing store credit on your account, this will automatically be redeemed to cover the remaining balance. All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift credit or store credit must be paid by credit or debit card.
  • If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Voucher, the remaining balance will be credited to your account as store credit and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. You may check your store credit balance online via your account page.
  • Virtual Gift Vouchers will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will also be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch.
  • Grand Cucina is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Voucher to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Grand Cucina is not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
  • Grand Cucina reserves the right to cancel a Gift Voucher if we deem such action necessary.
  • Sales tax and shipping is calculated and applicable to the purchase value for any products purchased with a Grand Cucina Gift Voucher.

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

Delivery Policy

Currently Grand Cucina ships goods Australia-wide only. For the meantime, international customers can contact us on +61 2 8003 4405 to enquire about a special order.

Grand Cucina offers our customers a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of AUD$9.85 (inclusive of GST) for each order. Some orders (for example those above AUD $99 in total value) may be applicable for a free shipping promotion. Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within two business days and shipping times are estimated at between one to seven business days depending on your location within Australia. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. During busy sale periods dispatch may take up to four business days from the date your order was placed. Grand Cucina is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Grand Cucina does not insure items purchased for the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.

If we require a signature for any goods delivered, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you upon signing for the goods. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes, for example as a gift, then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Grand Cucina, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Opting to Have Goods Delivered Without Signature

We recommend that you sign for all deliveries of purchased goods for added security. However, we do offer a No Signature Required Delivery Service whereby you can nominate to have your purchase delivered and left at your specified address without the requirement of a signature.

If you decide to use this service (by selecting the tickbox option when placing your order), responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you upon dispatch from our distribution centre. Grand Cuciana will not be liable for any missing or damaged goods thereafter.

Breakage Guarantee Policy

We take a lot of care when packing your orders. The reality is that sometimes accidents happen. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a delivery that contains faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products, please email us or phone 1300 CUCINA within 48 hours of your purchase being signed for. We offer our customers a Breakage Guarantee on all purchases, except orders whereby the optional No Signature Required delivery option has been selected.

You must notify our customer service department within 48 hours of your purchase being signed for, then we'll give you a case number and organise replacement of the item(s). Please note that re-shipping is complimentary for the replacement of the broken item.

Manufacturer Warranty

In addition to our Breakage Guarantee, you'll be pleased to know that all of our stock is covered by Manufacturer Warranties. This doesn't mean you can start using your wine glass set for juggling practice, but under normal usage your goods are covered from manufacturing defects. If you believe your product is faulty please email us with photos of the product and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf. Please note that warranties are given by the manufacturer, not Grand Cucina. Any warranty fault assessment will be made by the manufacturer, and if deemed faulty, will be replaced by the manufactuer.

100-Day Returns & Exchanges Policy

The arrival of a new purchase should be a wonderful moment, and that’s exactly what we aim to achieve with all Grand Cucina orders. However, occasionally we all change our minds. If your product is unused and undamaged but you no longer wish to keep it, you have 100 days to return it for a refund or credit of the original purchase price. As they say in Italy — senza problemi.

Please note the following if you wish to return or exchange an item:

  • Each product must be returned unused, in original condition and inside its original packaging. 
  • Please do not return any goods prior to contacting our Customer Care department. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and will arrange return pick-up of the goods. 
  • Once returned, we will fully refund or credit the amount you paid for the item(s) less the extra courier costs.

This site may be accessed from countries other than Australia. This site may contain products or references to products that are not available outside of Australia.
